Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing Real Estate Development Fund<\/a> <\/strong>The Fund announced the signing of a three-way partnership to create an advanced real estate financing platform, with Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC) and LCM Partners, part of Brookfield, which operates as an independent mortgage services company.<\/p>\n

The partnership, which came as part of the Cityscape Global 2025\u201c<\/a> <\/strong>held at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, aims to create a world-class, multi-purpose platform for asset management and services in the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

The agreement was signed by the CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund, Engineer Luay bin Mohammed Al Nahid, CEO of Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company (SRC), Majeed bin Fahad Al Abduljabbar, and CEO of LCM Partners, Paul Burdell.<\/p>\n

The partnership comes as part of the strengthening of the Real estate finance<\/a> By developing advanced operational solutions and applying a global model for asset management and financial operations in the Kingdom, in order to achieve the objectives of the Housing Program - one of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 programs - to enable families to own the right home and ensure the sustainability of the real estate finance sector.<\/p>\n

As part of this strategic initiative, LCM Partners will become a shareholder of NFC through the issuance of new shares.
\n\"This partnership represents a new stage in the development of the housing finance system and reflects the effective integration between the public and private sectors,\" Minister Al-Huqail said, noting that it highlights the attractiveness of the Saudi market to international investors and confirms confidence in the Saudi economy and its robustness.<\/p>\n

For his part, the CEO of the Real Estate Development Fund explained that this partnership comes as an extension of the Fund's efforts to enhance financial sustainability and diversify ownership options through quality partnerships that support national economic growth and innovation in the real estate sector, stressing that the agreement will contribute to raising the efficiency of asset management and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

For his part, the CEO of the Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company pointed out that the agreement represents an important step towards improving the quality of financing services in the real estate finance market in the Kingdom, indicating that this partnership is a new building block in building an integrated and sustainable financing system.
