These steps taken by official government agencies contribute to creating a flexible environment to support real estate innovations and encourage entrepreneurs to enter the sector.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of supporting the entrepreneurship sector in general within the Kingdom, Monshaat announced in its report for the second quarter of 2025 that the SME sector witnessed financing worth 3.2 billion riyals during the first half of 2025, and Monshaat recorded an increase in the number of commercial registrations, reaching 1.6 million commercial registrations by the end of 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The growth in prop Tech financing is evidence of investor confidence in real estate development technology, as reports indicate that the Kingdom has taken a leading position in the number of prop Tech deals among emerging markets. According to techsci research, the prop Tech market size in 2024 was more than $864 million, and is expected to grow at a CAGR of 19.09% through 2030.<\/p>\n<p>In October 2025, the Real Estate Authority organized the Global Summit <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/86412\/\">Proptech <\/a><\/strong>The Kingdom's megaprojects such as NEOM, Qiddiya and The Line are a key element in
