The National Housing Company explained that the average prices of units in these residential suburbs range between 600,000 and 900,000 riyals, making them a suitable option for families benefiting from housing support programs.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Advanced completion rates and projects under development<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Some recent reports indicate that some suburban residential projects in Riyadh and Jeddah have achieved completion rates exceeding 70%, with more than 18 residential projects offering more than 57,000 units in various stages of implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has also introduced more than 26,000 new units in off-plan sales projects through 2025, boosting housing supply in suburbs and areas adjacent to major cities.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Growing demand boosts real estate investment<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Real estate market experts believe that residential suburbs are now a strategic choice for investors, given the future rise in land value as demand grows and infrastructure improves, as well as the urban expansion outside city centers, especially in
