The first agreement included a value of SAR 222.6 million to develop an area of more than 40,500 square meters, while the second agreement amounted to SAR 110.4 million for an area of more than 27,400 square meters. The last two agreements had a total value of SAR 115.9 million for a total area of 19,351 square meters.<\/p>\n<p>These agreements aim to support the housing sector by providing opportunities for local developers under ROSHN Group's Local Content Program, which contributes to the growth of the local real estate sector and supports the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Al Arous Community is ROSHN Group's first integrated development near the Red Sea coast. The project spans 4 million square meters and is expected to include 18,000 residential units upon completion, along with Marafi, a mixed-use destination that includes an 11-kilometer-long water
