Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani stressed that the justice sector in the Kingdom continues to achieve unprecedented development, thanks to the great support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and the diligent follow-up of the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman. This support, he explained, has brought about a qualitative leap in the structure of justice and its legislation, and consolidated the path of digital transformation in the various services of the ministry.<\/p>\n

Complete digitization of the real estate sector<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

During Sunday's government press conference, the minister revealed that the Kingdom is witnessing a broad legislative transformation that has directly reflected on the quality of judicial work. He pointed out that theFor real estate releases<\/a><\/strong> It is now fully electronic and instantaneous, in a move that establishes the speed and accuracy of the procedures.<\/p>\n

The ministry also announced the digitization of more than 200 million real estate documents, with a processing capacity of up to 300,000 documents per day, in addition to the significant expansion of electronic contracts that exceeded 140,000 contracts.<\/p>\n

Recent legislation reduces litigation time\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Dr. Al-Samaani reviewed the most prominent effects of the specialized legislation adopted by the Kingdom in recent years, stressing that it has directly contributed to reducing the duration of litigation, raising the level of legal certainty and predicting rulings to more than 70%, enhancing transparency and improving the experience of beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

The Minister of Justice noted that the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries of judicial services will increase from 78% in 2022 to 92% in 2025, as a result of improving procedures and expanding digital services.<\/p>\n

He explained that to enhance efficiency and readiness, the ministry was able to: Training more than 2,000 judges in various specialties, and training more than 11,000 trainees within the programs for lawyers and judicial rehabilitation<\/p>\n

\u00a0Audit and Case Preparation Centers\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

The minister explained the establishment of the Case Audit Center and the Case Preparation Center, as well as the technical offices in the courts, which employ more than 700 legal researchers.<\/p>\n

The Audit Center has contributed to raising the quality of electronic case sheets, having completed more than 5 million case sheets since its inception, which helped speed up procedures and improve the quality of judicial outputs.<\/p>\n

Minister of Information Salman Al-Dosari participated in the government press conference to review the Kingdom's most prominent developments and achievements, while the Minister of Justice gave a detailed presentation on judicial developments and the ministry's plans to enhance the efficiency of the justice sector and raise the level of transparency and quality of services provided to beneficiaries.<\/p>\n
