The Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA) has clarified that Real estate prices<\/a><\/strong> It continues to receive attention in economic reports, as the Council reviewed the results of the quarterly report on the real estate price index, as part of a careful follow-up on the performance of the real estate sector and its impact on the national economy.<\/p>\n

The Council also reviewed the quarterly economic report submitted by the Ministry of Economy and Planning, which addressed the latest developments in major economies, the prospects of the global economy, and a comprehensive overview of the national economy in its various sectors, emphasizing that the Kingdom's economy continues to grow strongly, driven by the positive performance of all economic activities.<\/p>\n

The Council reviewed the state's general budget performance report for the third quarter of fiscal year 2025, presented by the Ministry of Finance, which addressed the indicators of revenues, expenditures and public debt, in addition to the results of supporting development and service projects and implementing government reforms aimed at achieving financial sustainability and diversifying sources of income within the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

The Council discussed the report submitted by the Ministry of Health on the progress of the health transformation process, especially the completion of organizational and operational requirements and the readiness of the second phase, which aims to empower the Health Holding Company and the National Health Insurance Center, and enhance the quality, efficiency and accessibility of health care, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n

The Council also addressed the draft regulation on the accession of health institutions to the National Health Insurance Center's network, regulating the relationship with health institutions to ensure the management of an integrated results-based health network, achieving quality and efficiency of care, and optimizing the use of resources.<\/p>\n

The Council considered a joint presentation from the Ministries of Education, Economy and Planning, and Human Resources and Social Development on professional accreditation and the study of professional licenses to enhance the skills of the workforce and raise the quality of labor market data.<\/p>\n

The Council reviewed the semi-annual presentation of the Saudipedia encyclopedia, which reviewed the stages of its development, audience growth, improving the user experience through artificial intelligence, increasing the encyclopedia's visibility on search engines by 20%, and increasing audience interaction with the website by more than 70%.<\/p>\n
