Announced Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a> The deadline for the first in-kind registration of nearly 54,000 real estate plots in a number of neighborhoods in the Kingdom's governorates, including 4 neighborhoods in Jeddah, 32 neighborhoods in Al-Ahsa, 10 neighborhoods in Jubail, and 10 neighborhoods in Ras Tanura, will expire on Thursday, November 27, 2025.<\/p>\n

The authority explained that registration will end in Jeddah in the following neighborhoods: Part of Al-Shati, part of Al-Andalus, Al-Shira'a and Al-Amwaj, while registration in Al-Ahsa governorate includes the following neighborhoods: Al Faisaliah II, Golden Belt, Al Faisal, Al Qadisiyah, Al Qadisiyah, Al Yasmin, Al Yarmouk, Mohassan Aramco I and II, Mohassan II, part of Umm Sabha, part of Al Rashidiyah I, part of Al Nozha, part of Cordoba, part of Muhairis, Industrial, Al Warud I and II, part of Al Ghuwaiba agricultural area, Al Jisha town, Al Taraf town, Al Iskan, Al Khozama, Al Rawda, Al Sahla, Al Majasah, Al Nakhil, Al Nozha, Al Nozha, Government offices complex, Date City and Hajar I, II and IV neighborhoods.<\/p>\n

In Ras Tanura Governorate, the deadline expires in the following neighborhoods: Al Naeem, Cordoba, Al Zuhoor, Al Faihaa, Al Rawda, Al Dana, Al Montazah, Al Andalus, Industrial I and II, and in Jubail: Al-Jawhara, Al-Rawda, Al-Rabwa, Al-Salam, Al-Hamra, Al-Bahr, Granada, Cordoba, Seville, and Al-Aziziyah.<\/p>\n
