The program also includes serving 20,000 families from the most vulnerable groups through developmental housing programs, with the aim of enhancing housing stability for the lowest income groups.<\/p>\n<p>According to the 2026 budget statement, more than 90,000 Saudi families benefited from housing support programs and products during 2025, and more than 107,000 housing units and developed lands were pumped in various regions of the Kingdom, reflecting an escalating pace in the provision of housing supply.<\/p>\n<p>The year 2025 witnessed a clear improvement in the efficiency of implementing municipal projects, as the percentage of stalled projects decreased from 11% to 4.5% as a result of strengthening follow-up and control mechanisms and improving implementation procedures, which contributed to raising the efficiency of spending and improving the quality of infrastructure and municipal services.<\/p>\n<p>According to available data, the Council of Ministers approved the state's general budget for 2026, where public expenditures were set at 1312.8 billion riyals, while revenue estimates amounted to 1147.4 billion riyals, with an expected deficit of 165.4 billion riyals, reflecting a fiscal policy that aims to continue spending on development projects while maintaining financial sustainability.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
