The Future of Real Estate Forum 2026 kicks off in Riyadh on January 26"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rega.gov.sa\/\">Public Authority for Real Estate<\/a><\/strong> Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/therff.com\/\">Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong>\u201dThe fifth edition of the event will be held from January 26-28, 2026 in the capital, Riyadh, under the slogan \u201cHorizons expand and real estate thrives\u201d, amid increasing local and international interest, with the participation of more than 120 countries and 300 speakers representing the government and private sectors, in addition to the presence of a number of prominent personalities and real estate leaders at the local and international levels.<\/p>\n<p>He promises <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/74004\/\">Future of Real Estate Forum<\/a><\/strong> A global platform that brings together decision-makers, economists, investors and experts from the real estate sector from different countries of the world to discuss the most prominent shifts and future trends in the real estate industry, and promote opportunities for cooperation and exchange of experiences that contribute to the development of the sector and support the sustainability of its growth.<\/p>\n<p>The forum will witness more than 40 panel discussions and a number of special meetings that discuss the planning and urban design of residential communities and their health, environmental and social sustainability, in addition to highlighting the importance of employing modern real estate technologies in the construction of green buildings and the development of sustainable projects, in addition to organizing more than 50 specialized workshops that address technical, development and operational topics related to real estate activities.<\/p>\n<p>The forum comes in conjunction with the entry into force of the updated system for non-Saudis to own real estate, which opens up organized paths for foreign investment to strengthen the real estate system, support sustainable sectoral growth and attract global capital, at a time when the Kingdom is witnessing unprecedented development momentum in its various regions.<\/p>\n<p>It is noteworthy that the forum is accompanied by a specialized real estate exhibition in which major local and international companies and major investors participate, through which they review the most prominent development projects and modern urban models, the latest development, planning and construction solutions, in addition to real estate products and services and promising investment opportunities in the sector, and the forum is a platform to hold partnerships and sign agreements and memorandums of understanding between local and international entities, which contributes to supporting the growth of the real estate system and enhancing its competitiveness regionally and globally.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"span-reading-time rt-reading-time\" style=\"display: block;\"><span class=\"rt-label rt-prefix\">Reading time: <\/span> <span class=\"rt-time\"> &lt;
