The completion of these works reflects the readiness of the project to move on to more comprehensive urban development phases in the coming period.<\/p>\n<p>The project is located on an area of more than one million square meters in a strategic location in Bahr Al Shamaliya at the intersection of Al Madina Road and Prince Abdul Majid Bin Abdulaziz Road, providing direct access to Jeddah's most prominent landmarks and vital projects.<\/p>\n<p>The project embodies the concept of a \u201ccity within a city\u201d by developing an integrated urban environment that includes residential areas, business facilities, entertainment centers, healthcare, educational facilities, and daily services within a single framework that enhances the quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>Upon completion, the project will accommodate more than 5,000 residential units targeting more than 23,000 residents, in addition to educational and health facilities, 120,000 square meters of commercial space, 140,000 square meters of office space, nearly 600 hotel rooms, and green spaces that are considered one of the largest on the level of urban projects in Jeddah.<\/p>\n<p>The project is characterized by an urban design that facilitates safe mobility within neighborhoods, and access to various daily services on foot without the need to cross major streets, promoting a healthy lifestyle and reducing dependence on vehicles.<\/p>\n<p>The inauguration of the construction work comes after the completion of the sale of all areas allocated for residential projects in the first phase to a number of real estate developers, reflecting the confidence of investors in the project as a modern urban model based on sustainability standards and providing modern and diverse housing
