Real estate development agreements with Al Rajhi Union and Al-Ambat Real Estate to develop more than (1,500) new residential units in Al Ghuroub destination, as part of its efforts to provide quality housing options in one of the modern urban destinations in Medina, amid integrated facilities and public services that provide an integrated lifestyle that meets expectations.<br \/>\nThe first agreement comes to develop the Basatin Al Ghoroub project and implement more than a thousand residential units, while the second agreement comes to develop the Aseel Al Ghoroub project to implement more than (490) residential units with integrated facilities and services.<br \/>\nThese agreements aim to enhance the real estate supply and raise ownership rates in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, in addition to empowering the private sector in the real estate development sector through strategic partnerships with experienced and highly qualified local developers.<br \/>\nThe sunset destination in Medina is located on an area of more than (3.8) million m2, where it includes more than (8) thousand residential units within an attractive environment with integrated services and facilities, garden design and connected paths that facilitate mobility within the destination, where service centers can be reached within 5-10 minutes on foot from any location in the destination, and is strategically located connected to the main roads in Medina for easy access to the Prophet's Mosque.<br \/>\nThrough these projects, NHC continues to promote Al Ghuroub as an urban environment that provides a high quality of life and a distinctive residential experience for its customers, in line with its objectives to develop integrated urban destinations in various regions of
