The \u201cReal Estate Sector Performance\u201d report indicated that brokerage and marketing activities accounted for the largest share of violations at 61.1%, followed by real estate platforms at 12.5%, and then property management at 11.9%.<\/p>\n<p>The violations also included other activities accounting for 8.1%, in addition to violations related to off-plan sales and leasing accounting for 2%, and<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/82071\/\">Real estate contributions<\/a><\/strong> At 1.9%, real estate auctions accounted for 1.2%, while real estate consulting and real estate analysis each accounted for 0.7%.<\/p>\n<p>The report emphasized the importance of the Authority\u2019s supervisory and regulatory role in monitoring real estate activities, regulating advertisements, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory controls, with the aim of improving market efficiency and enhancing levels of trust and transparency.<\/p>\n<p>The report noted that the number of real estate records issued through the real property registration system reached 127,400, while the number of permits<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/83288\/\"> Real estate brokerage<\/a> <\/strong>to 6,600 licenses.
