Signed National Development Fund<\/a><\/strong> The UAE and its affiliated organizations signed 45 agreements and memorandums of understanding with a total value of nearly SAR 6 billion with a number of prominent local, regional and international partners, at the conclusion of the Development Finance Conference<\/a> <\/strong>MOMENTUM 2025, organized by the Fund under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Prime Minister and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Development Fund, during the period from 9 to 11 December at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh.<\/p>\n

The new agreements and MoUs were signed in an effort to accelerate the pace of investment, empower the private sector, and create new opportunities in priority sectors such as small and medium enterprises, tourism, culture, human capital, infrastructure, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n

At the organizational level, the NDF signed two strategic agreements with two leading global technology and professional services partners to enable artificial intelligence, data and digital solutions in the development finance ecosystem.<\/p>\n

The two MoUs aim to strengthen the Fund's institutional capacity, encourage innovation in products and services, and improve the efficiency and overall impact of development finance in the Kingdom.
\nFor its part, the National Infrastructure Fund signed a memorandum of understanding to unify the efforts of the development system to support small enterprises through cooperation in designing a development financing model for SMEs.<\/p>\n

The Small and Medium Enterprises Bank signed 19 cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding worth more than SAR 3 billion to support the development finance system and promote integration between public and private sector entities.<\/p>\n

The Tourism Development Fund also signed six agreements with government and private sector entities, strengthening its partnerships with an impact of more than 4 billion riyals, with the aim of enhancing financing solutions through \u201ctourism empowerment programs\u201d provided by the Fund to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).<\/p>\n

The Cultural Development Fund signed five credit facility agreements under the \u201cCultural Finance\u201d program, totaling more than 63 million riyals, to finance several cultural projects.<\/p>\n

As part of its efforts to support human capital development, the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) signed three agreements to support and empower 2,191 job seekers in multiple sectors worth more than 324 million riyals.<\/p>\n

The Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) signed a cooperation agreement with Saudi Railways (SAR) to identify opportunities for cooperation in enabling the industrial sector, including the railway sector, and supporting investors in localizing goods and services to increase local content.<\/p>\n

The Saudi Fund for Development signed five MoUs with Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, the Islamic Military Counter-Terrorism Coalition, the Green Middle East Initiative, the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC), and the Arab Institute for Urban Development.<\/p>\n

The Events Investment Fund has signed a partnership agreement with Legends Global that aims to boost the events sector by leveraging international expertise in organizing major global events.<\/p>\n

The agreements and MOUs signed during MOMENTUM 2025 represent an important step in the Kingdom's efforts to build a diversified, inclusive, and sustainable economy. These partnerships will help bridge financing gaps, reduce the risk of strategic projects, create long-term value for Saudi citizens, businesses, and communities, and achieve global sustainable development goals by aligning public and private capital with national priorities in infrastructure, SMEs, human capital, culture, and green growth.<\/p>\n
