{"id":90333,"date":"2025-12-16T10:23:00","date_gmt":"2025-12-16T07:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=90333"},"modified":"2025-12-16T10:23:00","modified_gmt":"2025-12-16T07:23:00","slug":"%d8%b3%d9%83%d9%86-%d8%aa%d8%ad%d8%aa%d9%81%d9%8a-%d8%a8%d8%aa%d8%b3%d9%84%d9%8a%d9%85-%d8%a3%d9%83%d8%ab%d8%b1-%d9%85%d9%86-50-%d8%a3%d9%84%d9%81-%d8%a3%d8%b3%d8%b1%d8%a9-%d9%85%d8%b3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/90333\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00abSakan celebrates the handover of more than 50,000 eligible families to their housing units"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Trustees <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sakan.org.sa\/\">Community Development Housing Corporation \u201cSakan\u201d<\/a> <\/strong>Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al Haqeel, the ceremony organized by the\u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/71257\/\">housing<\/a><\/strong>\u201don Monday evening, marking the occasion of reaching more than 50,000 deliveries of housing units.<\/p>\n<p>During the ceremony, more than 300 housing units for orphans, more than 40 housing units for people with disabilities, in addition to 100 cars provided in partnership with the Alwaleed Foundation to support the mobility of beneficiaries and improve their quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>The ceremony was attended by HRH Princess Lamia bint Majed, Secretary General of Alwaleed Philanthropies and member of the Board of Trustees of Alwaleed Philanthropies. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/78324\/\">Sakan Foundation\u201c<\/a><\/strong>HE Member of the Council of Senior Scholars Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Mutlaq, HE Assistant Minister of Human Resources and Social Development for Shared Services Ismail Al-Ghamdi, and a number of Their Highnesses, Excellencies and officials.<\/p>\n<p>The delivery of the housing units is part of the \u201cImpact of Giving\u201d initiative, which reflects national efforts to empower deserving families and promote housing stability. This initiative highlights the positive and sustainable impact that housing programs have on the lives of orphans and people with disabilities, in addition to empowering more than 50,000 deserving families across the Kingdom.<\/p>\n<p>These efforts embody the values of solidarity and social responsibility that underpin the cooperation between government and charitable organizations.<\/p>\n<p>In his speech, H.E.
