Riyadh-Mohammad Jamous:<\/strong> Mr. Mohammed Al-Batti, Chief Executive Officer National Housing Company (NHC)<\/a><\/strong>on the price challenges facing the company, outlining its future plans and its efforts to regulate the real estate market.<\/p>\n

During his interview on the \u00abIn the Picture\u00bb program, hosted by journalist Abdullah Al-Mudaifer, he stressed that the company seeks to achieve price balance in the market, noting that high land prices in the Kingdom harm everyone, including the real estate developer and the buyer, and that reaching a price balance encourages developers to offer more quality products.<\/p>\n

During the program, Al-Batti revealed that SAR 2.7 billion has been allocated for the construction of 109 public schools within NHC projects, and that Misk schools in Khuzam will receive their students starting from the next academic year. The company operates in 16 Saudi cities through 26 urban destinations with more than 302 diverse projects, taking advantage of the best international experiences and applying a Saudi model that combines efficiency and local identity.<\/p>\n
