Results of the electronic lottery for the real estate balance platform"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As part of the steps to implement the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to take the necessary measures to balance the real estate sector in the city of Riyadh, including <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rcrc.gov.sa\/\">Royal Commission for Riyadh City<\/a><\/strong> By working to provide planned and developed residential lands to citizens, the Authority announced today the results of the electronic lottery for the purchase of residential lands through <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tawazoun.rcrc.gov.sa\/\">Equilibrium Platform<\/a><\/strong>After completing all the procedures associated with the eligibility verification stage, and considering the objections that preceded the lottery.<br \/>\nThe electronic lottery was supervised by an independent committee that includes representatives from the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, the Ministry of Justice, the General Authority for Real Estate, Riyadh Municipality, and the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), and was carried out using advanced technical systems to ensure justice and equal opportunities among all qualified applicants.<br \/>\nThe Authority confirmed that the results of the final lottery are now available through the real estate balance platform, where beneficiaries can view the status of their applications, complete the necessary subsequent procedures, including reviewing the details of the allocated plots, and follow the next steps electronically.<br \/>\nThe results of the electronic lottery include the location of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/90036\/\">Residential land<\/a> <\/strong>The total area allocated to the beneficiaries reached 6,380,600 square meters, distributed on a number of sites within the urban fabric in Riyadh city, and in multiple sites being designed, within the neighborhoods of Al-Qayrawan, Malqa, Al-Nakheel, Al-Narjis, Namar, Al-Ramaya, Al-Rimal, and Al-Janadiriyah, with an area of 300 square meters per piece.<br \/>\nThis step comes as a confirmation of the wise leadership's continuous support and interest in everything that meets the needs of citizens, developing services in the capital, preparing ways to upgrade the real estate supply, and providing flexible solutions and multiple options for citizens' ownership.<br \/>\nThe beneficiary's journey from application to allocation through the electronic real estate balance platform takes place in clear and specific stages, and the next steps for beneficiaries will be through this platform; including off-plan sale procedures, receiving sites, and completing the construction stages.<br \/>\nAfter this year, the process will continue to offer new batches over the next four years to contribute to achieving balance in the real estate sector, in line with the targets of Saudi Vision 2030 and the quality of life indicators in Riyadh.
