The indicators also showed that the best offer amounted to one riyal per meter, while the best demand amounted to 3,250 riyals per meter.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\"><strong>Most Active Neighborhoods<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>In terms of transaction value, the Yaqoot neighborhood in Jeddah topped the list of the most traded neighborhoods, achieving transactions worth SAR 136.12 million through 43 transactions, for a traded area of 52.18 thousand square meters, with an average price of 2,609 riyals per meter.<\/p>\n<p>In second place, Al-Hunayah neighborhood in Al-Kharj came with a total of 74.24 million riyals, distributed over 126 transactions, for an area of more than 5.19 million square meters, with a relatively low average price of 14 riyals per meter.<\/p>\n<p>The Al-Qandil neighborhood in Makkah recorded deals worth 71.88 million riyals through 66 transactions, for an area of 35.51 thousand square meters, with an average price of 2,024 riyals per meter.<\/p>\n<p>In Riyadh, the Janadriyah neighborhood achieved trades worth 43.68 million riyals through 39 transactions, for an area of 15.37 thousand square meters, at an average price of 2,841 riyals per meter. While the Al-Hazm neighborhood recorded transactions amounting to 20.73 million riyals through 43 transactions, for an area of 5,233 square meters, with an average price of 3,961 riyals per
