\u00a0<\/strong>Fakhreddin Properties, one of the UAE's leading sustainability-driven real estate developers, and Holcim UAE, a global leader in sustainable construction, have signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to advance sustainable construction in the region.<\/p>\n

The partnership marks a regional milestone for Holcim, as it is the first MoU with a Middle East-based real estate developer, reflecting the company's commitment to expand its geographic footprint and promote the adoption of sustainable building solutions to support the UAE's climate-neutral ambitions.<\/p>\n
