His Royal Highness Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Asir Region, today handed a number of beneficiaries of the region the documents of ownership of their housing units, in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, following his generous donation to the Community Development Housing Foundation \u201cSakan\u201d represented by \u201dJoud Housing\u201d; to support the ownership of housing for deserving families.<\/p>\n
This comes in compliance with His Highness the Crown Prince's order to complete the allocated housing projects within a period not exceeding (12) months, and to implement them with national hands, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and governance.<\/p>\n
In this context, Sakan has worked to select housing units implemented by national companies, in accordance with the highest technical specifications and standards, to ensure the provision of housing that meets the requirements of quality of life and reflects the aspirations of the wise leadership in enabling eligible families to have a safe and sustainable home.<\/p>\n
The Emir of Asir extended his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for his generous donation to the Community Development Housing Foundation \u201cSakan\u201d represented by \u201dJoud Housing\u201d, stressing that this donation embodies the leadership's approach in supporting development initiatives, promoting the process of housing empowerment, and consolidating the values of giving and solidarity in the community.<\/p>\n
Sakan continues to deliver additional batches of housing products that take into account the diversity of needs and the quality of execution, which contributes to enhancing the sustainability of housing solutions and keeping pace with the national development goals.<\/p>\n
For his part, Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid al-Hogail said in statements to Al-Ikhbariya: \u201cCrown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has made significant contributions to the development of the non-profit sector.\u201d.<\/p>\n
