This installment is an extension of the Promising program<\/a><\/strong> Since its launch, the Wa'ed program has witnessed an upward progression in the number of trainees, starting with 30 trainees in 2021 and reaching 500 trainees in 2025, underscoring the commitment of NHC<\/a> <\/strong>By qualifying the next generation of Saudi cadres according to a long-term vision.<\/p>\n

The program aims to train recent graduates from bachelor's and master's degrees through a practical training experience within the actual work environments at NHC and its subsidiaries, in multiple tracks, including the engineering track, architecture track, business track, digital track, commercial track, financial track, legal track and internal audit, according to a plan that provides trainees with applied learning, teamwork, and the acquisition of professional and behavioral skills to meet the needs of the real estate development sector and the Saudi labor market.<\/p>\n

The graduation of this batch comes within an integrated framework that aims to enable the trainees to directly engage in the labor market in the real estate development sector and the NHC system, as the graduates were prepared and qualified to be ready for employment in various real estate development projects, while providing employment opportunities for them with more than 20 real estate developers, companies and suppliers in the sector system, which enhances the link between the program outputs and market needs, and supports building a sustainable system of national competencies in the real estate development sector.<\/p>\n

During the training period, the program offered more than (65) training courses with a total of (46) training hours,800) training hours, including general and specialized programs, in addition to the implementation of the \u201cPromising Designathon\u201d, which resulted in (53) innovative projects that addressed real-life challenges in five main themes, including digital transformation, communication and community participation, sustainability, engineering, infrastructure and urban innovation, in addition to organizing (72) workshops supporting innovation projects. NHC honored the winning teams during the closing ceremony of the program, and the ceremony honored several partners of the program in recognition of their contribution in enabling trainees to gain practical experiences and professional experiences within the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

It is noteworthy that NHC provided the trainees of the Wa'ed program with a package of competitive benefits, including rewarding monthly bonuses, medical insurance, and a graduation bonus for those who successfully passed, in addition to opportunities to gain quality practical experience and work with high-level experts, which contributes to supporting the Saudi labor market, enriching the real estate development industry, and achieving the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
