Moens Shujaa<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The idea of implementing 15-minute neighborhoods and residential areas with different names within cities, especially large and densely populated cities, has been reintroduced recently. This idea arose within the urban planning of cities to reduce the use of cars while moving between city neighborhoods to reduce carbon emissions and its impact on the environment and the risks associated with it in the long term by creating safe ways to move around within green spaces!<\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">The Human Dimension of 15 Minutes<\/span> <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The design of 15-minute neighborhoods aims to provide all the services, shops, schools, and health that a resident needs within a certain residential area, so that they can be reached within a period of time ranging between 15-20 minutes without relying on cars, whether by walking or cycling through safe corridors so that these neighborhoods are self-sufficient without relying on the entire city and at the same time enhancing social interaction between community members as well as reducing transportation costs and its relatively long time period.<\/p>\n<h5><strong><span style=\"color: #800000;\">The Economic Dimension of the Service Scope Index<\/span> <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>The service radius index determines the added value within neighborhoods based on the time required to reach services measured in kilometers for specific locations, so that this index takes the ease of access of users within a time period not exceeding 15 minutes to those services without using transportation means such as cars as a measure of the attractiveness of the real estate project, because increasing the services within one neighborhood and reducing the time required to reach them would add added value to the real estate project compared to projects that do not apply this approach, which increases its market value due to the increased
