Applicants can also view the approved land design guides and architectural design guides that allow residents to choose the most appropriate ones to build their properties in line with AlUla's history and heritage, and highlight them at a unique aesthetic level.<\/p>\n<p>The Royal Commission is working to develop the system of services and facilities, as stipulated in AlUla's vision, with the aim of improving the quality of life and increasing the number of residents in the governorate in the coming years, through the readiness of infrastructure and the completion of road, energy and water projects, where the Commission is working to establish electricity generation plants across the governorate and five strategic water storage centers, in addition to the expansion of arrival and departure halls at AlUla International Airport, as well as the development of the health facilities system such as the development of Prince Abdulmohsen Hospital and several medical clinics in a number of neighborhoods.<\/p>\n<p>This decision represents an extension of the development path led by DEWA through the second master plan \u201cTowards a Prosperous Community\u201d, launched in August 2023, which is consistent with the objectives of the first master plan \u201cJourney Through Time\u201d, announced in April 2021.
