Foreign Direct Investment<\/a><\/strong> In the third quarter of 2025, the value of net inflows amounted to SAR 24.9 billion, an increase of (34.5%) compared to the similar quarter of last year, which was SAR 18.5 billion, while it recorded an increase of (5.2%) compared to the previous quarter of the same year, when the value of net inflows reached SAR 23.7 billion, according to the FDI Statistics Bulletin for the third quarter of 2025 issued by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stats.gov.sa\/\">General Authority for Statistics<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>According to the bulletin, the value of<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/80425\/\"> Foreign investment<\/a> <\/strong>Direct inflows amounted to about (27.7) billion SAR during the third quarter of 2025, registering an increase of (4.4%) compared to the third quarter of 2024, when it was (26.5) billion SAR.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it recorded an increase of (3.3%) compared to the previous quarter, when it was SAR 26.8 billion.<\/p>\n<p>The results of the bulletin showed that the value of foreign direct investment flows amounted to about (2.7) billion Saudi riyals during the third quarter of 2025, a decrease of (65.7%) compared to the third quarter of 2024, when it was worth (8) billion Saudi riyals, while it recorded a decrease of (11.4%) compared to the previous quarter, when it was worth (3.1) billion Saudi riyals.<\/p>\n<p>FDI reflects a long-term relationship and lasting interest of economic entities residing in an economy other than the Saudi economy, which means that an individual foreign investor - or a group of foreign investors - owns 10% or more of the voting power of the shareholders' rights.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span
