He pointed out that these directives put an end to the \u00abhoarding and monopolization\u00bb crises of land, which effectively contributed to restoring the lost balance between supply and demand.<\/p>\n<p>On the legislative and awareness aspect, Al-Otaibi stressed that the next stage will witness a qualitative leap by supporting \u00abreal estate media\u00bb through joint financial incentives between the Ministries of \u00abInformation\u00bb and \u00abMunicipalities and Housing\u00bb, and revealed a strict approach to regulate this sector through:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Establishing strict controls for all real estate media workers and holding violators accountable.<\/li>\n<li>Requiring advertisers and interested parties to undergo training programs and qualification tests to raise the quality of content and ensure the accuracy of the information circulated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>On his aspirations for 2026, Al-Otaibi drew a roadmap for the development of the real estate brokerage profession, calling for linking and regulating the sector according to successful international experiences. We can say that the market is heading in the right direction to become more disciplined and accurate in pricing, and the investor has shifted from impulsiveness to conscious planning, and this was observed in public auctions.
