Minister of Municipalities and Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail said on Thursday that the start of the invoicing phase in the white land fee program reflects a practical approach to support balance in the real estate market and stimulate the development of land within cities.<\/p>\n

Announced Ministry of Municipalities and Housing<\/a><\/strong> actress White Land Fees Program and real estate<\/strong> vacancy<\/a> On Thursday, more than 60,000 invoices for white land fees have been issued in Riyadh, in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to regulate the real estate market and achieve balance between supply and demand.<\/p>\n

She explained that the system allows taxpayers to benefit from the payment periods offered to those who are serious about developing their lands, according to specific technical controls, where requests for additional development periods are considered by the competent committees, noting that completing the development within the regular periods contributes to reducing the financial burdens on the land.<\/p>\n

The system guarantees the taxpayer's right to object to the fee invoice before the competent committee within sixty days from the date of notification of the decision, provided that the committee decides on the objection within a period not exceeding sixty days from the date of its submission to it, in accordance with the specified procedures and mechanisms.<\/p>\n

The ministry called on owners of land located within the ranges subject to the system to review the details of the invoices issued through the white land fees portal and vacant properties, and to take advantage of the available services that contribute to accelerating the development procedures.<\/p>\n

The Developer Services Center provides direct support to white land owners wishing to develop their land, by facilitating and accelerating the procedures of licenses and approvals, and coordinating with government agencies and service agencies, enabling owners to complete their projects within the approved statutory frameworks.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
