However, the succession of these events during a short period of time during the year creates a recurring issue of overlapping schedules and the difficulty of being fully present at each event, especially with the variety of training workshops, lectures, participant sections, personalities and speakers.<\/p>\n<p>This jam-packed schedule made it difficult for interested parties to follow all the developments, and posed a real challenge for media outlets and real estate content creators to provide comprehensive coverage that accommodates all the visual and interactive content offered during limited days and busy schedules of meetings and signing agreements.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we witnessed a more organized and effective media presence, whether from content creators, newspapers or satellite channels, as well as the development of digital follow-up tools that made it possible to attend remotely and watch live sessions. This shift has contributed to directing efforts towards what is more fundamental: Building relationships, identifying new competencies, and learning about entrepreneurs' ideas and projects that are shaping the next phase of the real estate market.<\/p>\n<p>With these developments, we hope that the interest in accompanying media coverage will increase to include publishing, translating and archiving the materials participating in the events, so that the messages of the speakers and participants are not only limited to the audience of the live event, but remain available to those interested in the field later on.
