Today, technology is the real intermediary and the primary source of real estate information on which purchasing and investment decisions are based.<\/p>\n<p>One of the main challenges facing the market is the lack of coordination between <a href=\"https:\/\/srem.moj.gov.sa\/\"><strong>Real estate platforms<\/strong><\/a> This makes the user have to search more than one app to get the same information. The solution lies in integration and linkage between government agencies and private platforms to standardize data and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.<\/p>\n<p>The most important technologies in the next phase will be data analysis and smart indicators, as they enable real estate valuation and pricing accurately and quickly, and support an informed investment decision. With the proliferation of digital platforms, information has become available to everyone, which has increased the level of transparency and confidence in the market.<\/p>\n<p>Artificial intelligence has become part of the real estate business, from price analysis and property valuation to marketing and customer targeting. In the near future, we will witness the first integrated real estate transaction in Saudi Arabia through blockchain technology, which ensures information security and transparency of ownership transfer.<\/p>\n<p>With all this development, technology remains a supportive tool, not a substitute for the human element, which is the beating heart of real estate brokerage and the final decision maker.<\/p>\n<p>The success of the digital transformation requires effective cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, the Telecommunications Authority, and the General Real Estate Authority with private real estate applications, to ensure integration and quick access to accurate information.
