I declare Public Investment Fund<\/a><\/strong> and Jones Lang LaSalle Saudi Arabia Ltd. today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to enhance bilateral cooperation and continue to support the development of Real estate sector<\/a><\/strong> in Saudi Arabia and private sector development.<\/p>\n

The signing, which took place during the Future Investment Initiative (FII), builds on the parties\u201c intention to continue contributing to the development of the Kingdom's real estate ecosystem. The MoU will combine the expertise of PIF and Jones Lang LaSalle to drive innovation and efficiency in the Saudi real estate sector and support the Kingdom's Vision 2030 goals to diversify the economy and improve the quality of life.<\/p>\n

The MoU with Jones Lang LaSalle will increase collaboration in key areas such as market data, valuation and project management, enhance private sector participation, develop national competencies and accelerate the adoption of new technologies to support sustainable growth in the real estate sector.<\/p>\n

The MoU was signed by Saad Al-Karoud, Head of the Public Investment Fund's General Directorate for Domestic Real Estate Investments, and Sue Asprey Price, Jones Lang LaSalle's CEO for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Head of Portfolio Services and Business Dynamics.<\/p>\n

The memorandum supports the Fund's strategy in the real estate sector, which leads to strengthening and diversifying the local economy, driving urban innovation, and improving the quality of life, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and is leading the development of major transformational projects and prominent real estate initiatives across the Kingdom.<\/p>\n

PIF is continuously working towards achieving its strategic objectives to create a positive economic impact in the Kingdom, while ensuring sustainable returns.<\/p>\n
