Moens Shujaa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No one disagrees that commercial companies seek to achieve an annual return on the capital invested in them, and whether these companies are simple or large companies, they exist for this main goal of the project, and therefore it is imperative for the boards of directors of these companies or owners to use qualified executive management leaders who have experience in that field. Being an owner or trader does not mean that you are necessarily an administrative person, even if you studied management, management is a science and art based on practice and extended experience, or you may be an administrator but your business is diverse and you cannot manage it directly and simultaneously!<br \/>\nSome investors believe that it is not necessary to delegate administrative tasks to an executive director.
