{"id":92241,"date":"2025-11-04T12:22:07","date_gmt":"2025-11-04T09:22:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/?p=87177"},"modified":"2025-11-04T12:22:07","modified_gmt":"2025-11-04T09:22:07","slug":"%d8%a3%d9%85%d9%8a%d8%b1-%d9%85%d9%86%d8%b7%d9%82%d8%a9-%d8%a7%d9%84%d9%82%d8%b5%d9%8a%d9%85-%d9%8a%d8%af%d8%b4%d9%86-%d9%85%d8%b4%d8%a7%d8%b1%d9%8a%d8%b9-%d8%a8%d9%84%d8%af%d9%8a%d8%a9-%d8%a8%d9%82","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/92241\/","title":{"rendered":"Emir of Qassim inaugurates SAR 2.2 billion worth of municipal projects to enhance infrastructure and improve quality of life"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>His Royal Highness Prince Dr. Faisal bin Meshal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz inaugurated <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/78260\/\">Emir of Qassim<\/a>In the presence of His Highness Prince Miteb bin Fahd bin Faisal and HE Minister of Municipalities and Housing Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel, the groundbreaking ceremony for a number of municipal projects in the region at a total cost of more than 2.2 billion riyals.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Infrastructure Development<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The ceremony was held at the King Khalid Civilization Center in Buraidah, where several initiatives were announced that aim to <a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/78239\/\">Infrastructure Development<\/a> and improve urban services.<\/p>\n<p>In his speech, HH the Emir of Qassim expressed his thanks and gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, may Allah protect them, for the continuous support provided by the state in various development projects in the region, stressing that these projects come within the framework of continuous efforts to improve the quality of life and raise the level of municipal services in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.<\/p>\n<p>For his part, Minister Majid Al Haqeel pointed out that the implemented projects contribute to enhancing the urban landscape and improving the urban environment in the cities and governorates of the region, praising the continuous cooperation between the Ministry of Municipalities and the region's Municipality in following up the quality of implementation and monitoring municipal performance.<\/p>\n<p>The new projects inaugurated include road improvement projects, lighting maintenance, environmental drainage improvements, and the creation of public parks. The projects also focus on enhancing the city's appearance and aesthetics through improvement, beautification and cleanliness projects.<\/p>\n<p>During the ceremony, a number of community partnership agreements were signed between the Qassim Municipality and a number of private sector partners, including the implementation of various service projects, including the model honoring the dead project in Buraidah, the development of two parks in Al-Hazm neighborhood, and the improvement of major roads in the city.<\/p>\n<p>These projects reflect the Kingdom's ongoing efforts to promote sustainable
