The project comes as part of the company's ongoing efforts to develop distinctive residential projects in line with sustainable development goals.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Diyar Al Mahash Project\u00ab<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Diyar Al Mahash is one of the key projects in AlUla's urban growth. It will provide sustainable residential environments for more than 1,000 employees in the hotel and hospitality sector, through 568 different residential units, and aims to build an integrated residential community that provides a supportive environment for productivity and improves the quality of life for residents.<\/p>\n<p>Inspired by the beauty of AlUla's unique nature, including desert colors and scenic terrain, as well as artistic touches that reflect the local architectural identity, the project features a range of modern facilities and services that contribute to providing a comfortable and seamless life for residents.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #800000;\">LEED Gold certification<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The project is scheduled to begin construction in 2025, with completion in 2027, in accordance with the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
