The Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Alhakil, praised the decision of the Council of Ministers that allows the municipal sector to grant financial incentives to individuals who contribute to uncovering violations of the municipal sanctions regulations, within the framework of an organized system that ensures fairness and transparency.<\/p>\n
Hakil explained that the decision reflects the wise leadership of God\u2019s mercy in strengthening community responsibility and active participation in developing the urban environment, which contributes to preserving the beauty of cities and ensuring their sustainability.<\/p>\n
The Minister of Municipalities pointed out that the decision complements the ministry\u2019s efforts, which launched the \u201cApproved Monitor\u201d initiative, an innovative digital monitoring tool in which members of the community participate to monitor municipal violations and visual distortions through the \u201cMunicipality\u201d app.<\/p>\n
The initiative allows members of the community to obtain the status of \u201cCertified Observer\u201d after completing a specialized training course, which enhances their ability to submit reports accurately and credibly within a digital system that ensures transparency.<\/p>\n
