Al Jimi Mall welcomes approximately 8 million visitors annually, and the expansion investment will attract more retail brands to Al Ain, enhancing the city's shopping experience. The expansion will allow Aldar Properties to increase its leasable area by 33,000 square meters, bringing the total leasable retail space to 76,000 square meters. Over 501,000 square meters of the space have already been leased, and tenants are eager to open their shops in the new mall.<\/p>\n
