Valuers<\/a><\/strong> (Throughout 2025, Taqeem will continue its organizational and developmental approach to the evaluation profession in Saudi Arabia and its efforts to enhance trust, transparency, and raise the efficiency of professional practices in the various branches of evaluation.<br>Taqeem revealed its achievements during the year, most notably the adoption of its strategic plan for the years 2030-2026, which aims to transform into an integrated service system centered on the beneficiary and enhance the reliability of the valuation profession, thus establishing the role of the Authority as a reliable reference source for the valuation sector in the Kingdom. 15 regulatory documents were prepared and reviewed for the valuation profession, and 18 professional publications were approved in a step aimed at standardizing professional practices, raising the level of compliance with approved standards, and enhancing the reliability of valuation outputs in the market.<br>In the field of qualification and professional development, Taqeem continued to invest in human capacity building as a key pillar for the development of the profession, implementing 316 qualification courses for more than 5,850 beneficiaries and 34 continuing professional education programs for more than 6,900 beneficiaries, to contribute to raising the efficiency of practitioners and developing their skills in line with market requirements.<br>It launched the \u201cInspector\u201d certificate, a professional document that allows the holder to carry out inspection work in the branches of real estate valuation, machinery, equipment and movable property valuation, and vehicle damage assessment for high school and diploma holders, to support professional entry paths and expand the base of qualified cadres in the valuation sector.<br>In terms of digital transformation, Taqeem launched Marj, a unified reference electronic platform at the national level that allows individuals, government agencies, insurance and finance companies to obtain indicative prices for vehicles, in line with the constant changes in the market.<br>Within the framework of strengthening the professional accreditation system, 2025 witnessed more than 66 members obtaining the evaluation fellowship, the highest professional certificates offered by Taqeem, in addition to continuing to support professional certificates in cooperation with the Human Resources Fund (HADAF) for the fellowship and professional certificates tracks, where 141 beneficiaries were supported, contributing to empowering national competencies and raising the quality of services provided.<br>On the monitoring front, Taqeem intensified its monitoring work to ensure compliance with regulations and instructions, as it examined 612 evaluation reports, carried out 47 monitoring and inspection tours, and referred 12 violations to the Public Prosecution, emphasizing the Authority's keenness to apply regulations, protect customers\u201c rights, and promote integrity in the evaluation profession.<br>In the aspect of awareness and knowledge building, Taqeem continued its role in spreading professional culture and promoting awareness of the importance of evaluation, through 5 awareness campaigns, preparing and publishing more than 1,800 media materials through its official channels, implementing more than 65 professional events that varied between conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and professional meetings, in addition to serving more than 195,000 customers through its official channels, reflecting an effective institutional presence and continuous interaction with beneficiaries.<br>Taqeem has strengthened its presence locally and internationally through partnerships and engagements, including strategic sponsorship of the Saudi International Valuation Conference (SIVC), as well as the opening of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) office in Riyadh, which will contribute to strengthening the presence of the International Valuation Standards Council in the Middle East and Africa region, as a platform for communication with local and regional stakeholders.<br>In order to improve the quality of services, the Authority's Taqdeer system provided services to more than 2.4 million customers by issuing vehicle damage reports with easy procedures that guarantee the beneficiary a fair value in the process of evaluating vehicle damage, and according to the expansion plan, 12 Taqdeer centers were rehabilitated and operated, bringing the number of Taqdeer centers to 35 in various regions and cities of the Kingdom.<br>Taqeem emphasizes that what was achieved during 2025 reflects the continuous progress in the performance of the valuation system, and supports the efficiency and reliability of the profession, which contributes to achieving its future goals and enhancing its role as a professional regulatory umbrella for
