Fee Program and Vacant Properties<\/a><\/strong> At the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, the ministry has received numerous requests since the first day the invoices were issued, asking for additional time extensions for development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Shaheeb explained in a statement to Al-Sharq TV that these requests are subject to study according to specific controls and criteria, and are decided upon by specialized committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He pointed out that there is a specialized technical committee that assesses the value of the land subject to the fees, which includes real estate appraisers accredited by the Saudi Commission for Certified Valuers, where the committee studies the location of the land, the availability of services and facilities, and other criteria related to the land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to figures, the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, represented by the White Land and Vacant Properties Fee Program, began issuing more than 60,000 invoices at the beginning of this month<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amlak.net.sa\/en\/91019\/\"> White Land Fees<\/a><\/strong> in Riyadh.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span
