Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh Region, the International Conference on Asset Management, Facilities and Maintenance (OMAINTEC FM) kicked off today in the capital in its 23rd edition, amid a high-level attendance of senior officials, experts and decision makers from different countries of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accompanying exhibition (AFM Expo) showcased the latest global technologies in the field of predictive maintenance and smart systems, with the participation of a group of specialized national and international companies that provided applied solutions and smart solutions that support digital transformation, open new horizons for integration between government and private entities and promote knowledge transfer and localization of expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al-Sarraj: Decades of Excellence and Transformation<\/strong>\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During his opening speech, Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Al-Sarraj, Chairman of SAFMMA, stressed that the 23rd edition of the conference comes as an extension of its more than two decades-long journey in supporting professional and operational excellence and promoting the concepts of sustainability, noting that the conference has become a leading platform to exchange experiences and review best practices and global standards in asset, facility and maintenance management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In its current edition, the conference places AI and digital twinning at the center of modern strategies, stressing that they are no longer secondary options, but essential pillars to raise the efficiency of readiness and ensure the sustainability of national assets to keep pace with the requirements of the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For his part, Dr. Mohammed Al-Fouzan, President of the Arab Council for Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management, delivered a speech in which he noted that the strength of this conference lies in its ability to link academic knowledge with practical application. Dr. Al-Fouzan emphasized that the goal goes beyond immediate discussions to formulate institutional orientations that ensure the quality of outputs for future generations, transforming the conference from a periodic event to a strategic platform for drawing the contours of joint action, noting that the conference seeks to link knowledge with practice, and promote integration between academic expertise and practical application, and between decision makers and specialists in the field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Al-Fouzan pointed out that specialized conferences, when they perform their mission properly, are not just periodic events, but effective tools in drawing future paths, formulating trends and enhancing institutional awareness of the importance of continuous development and joint work, stressing that what brings participants together today goes beyond the framework of discussion on current issues to a collective commitment towards future generations, based on cooperation, knowledge exchange, hard work and responsibility, reflecting its impact on performance, sustainability and quality of outputs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
