Municipality's efforts to develop flexible and adaptable operating models by raising the efficiency of institutional performance, enhancing the integration between planning, operation and maintenance, and adopting modern solutions that contribute to the sustainability of assets and improve their operational life cycle, in order to achieve optimal use of resources and raise the level of reliability and efficiency in facilities management.<br>The award focuses on honoring entities that succeed in adopting global best practices in asset and facilities management, developing flexible operating frameworks that support digital transformation, employing modern technologies in planning, follow-up and analysis, promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise among Arab entities, and spreading the culture of excellence and innovation in this vital sector, in line with the rapid transformations in institutional work environments.<br>These efforts are an extension of the Riyadh Municipality's
