to a clear and disciplined mechanism that ensures fair consideration and preserves the rights of owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al-Shaheeb emphasized that implementing the procedures through a unified electronic portal enhances the level of transparency and ensures the accurate application of the system, achieving a balance between collecting <strong><a
