It was noted that the municipal licensing system continued to improve its procedures through digital channels and approved processes, with the average time to issue municipal permits in 2025 reaching approximately 24 hours, while 87% permits were issued within a period not exceeding 24 hours, in accordance with approved licensing procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In terms of oversight and monitoring, the oversight coverage rate for municipal activities reached 95%, while the compliance rate for municipal activities stood at 88%, according to the approved field monitoring indicators.
