Booking 2286 residential units in Sunset Hills, 1502 units in Rataj Makkah and 654 units in Durrat Al Madinah“

The Ministry of Housing confirmed that reservations are still open for the six most recent projects announced in early May, with these projects offering more than 14,000 residential units of various types, sizes, and price ranges. The ministry announced that reservations for two phases of the “Tallal Al-Ghoroub” project in the Prince Fawaz neighborhood of Jeddah have been completed, and that the third phase has been launched, in addition to the completion of reservations for 961 units in two of its projects in Medina.

Ministry statistics show that, as of the end of business on Monday, the total number of reservations for the “Tallat Al-Ghoroub” project exceeded 2,286 housing units out of a total of 6,900 units, while the number of reservations for the “Rataj” project in Makkah reached 1,502 residential units out of the project’s total of 4,500 residential units.

Regarding the two projects in Madinah, the Ministry clarified that, due to high demand and the projects“ strategic locations—no more than 8 kilometers from the Prophet’s Mosque—reservations for them have reached 96%, In the ”Durrat Al-Madinah“ project, 654 residential units out of a total of 694 have been reserved, and in the ”Bawabat Taybah“ project, 472 out of 477 residential units have been reserved.

As for the projects in Riyadh, the Ministry clarified that 148 residential units have been reserved from the ”Bayut Al-Zamil“ project, which has a total of 155 units, and 760 residential units have been reserved in the ”Ishraq Living” project out of the 2,096 residential units announced.

The Ministry called on beneficiaries of housing support to schedule appointments and visit the showrooms to view the models and designs available in these projects, in preparation for finalizing reservations at the open project sites. The Ministry affirmed that it will continue to launch new housing projects in various regions and cities across the Kingdom to meet the needs of beneficiaries of its programs and provide diverse housing options that fulfill their aspirations.
