“Anan Real Estate” Begins Construction on the “Anan Homes” Project in East Riyadh, Delivering More Than 950 Residential Units

Mr. Bandar Al-Dhahik, CEO of Anan Real Estate, announced a strong real estate alliance led by the company with the aim of building more than 950 villas and apartments at a cost exceeding one billion riyals, Al-Dhahik explained in an exclusive statement to Amlak Real Estate Newspaper that the company has begun work on the “Anan Homes” project, located in the “Al-Maali District” in eastern Riyadh, and that the entire project will be completed within two years. To this end, we have contracted with several professional firms with extensive experience in building new cities. We have an agreement with one of the Kingdom’s leading companies for the implementation of such projects; this company has approval from the Ministry of Housing and has executed a number of similar projects in the Eastern Province.

The company’s CEO emphasized that the  “Manaazil Anan” is considered one of the Alliance’s strategic residential projects due to its distinctive features that make it a top choice for customers, as it offers a variety of design options for residential units that meet all citizens" needs. We have also been keen to offer products that take into account the unique needs of Saudi families, with villa and apartment sizes ranging from 200 to 400 square meters, noting that unit prices start at 750,000 riyals, Al-Dhahik highlighted the high level of flexibility adopted by the marketing department and the incentives offered to buyers, in addition to streamlined sales procedures and comprehensive, detailed explanations for customers.

Regarding the project’s features, Al-Dahik explained that the ”Manazil Anan" project, located near Dammam Road, represents a genuine addition to comfortable housing in eastern Riyadh, as it is adjacent to the Al-Shurooq and Al-Qadisiyah developments, and is situated among existing residential neighborhoods. Al-Dahak noted that the development is fully equipped with all essential infrastructure, including lighting, electricity, sidewalks, paved roads, and mobile and fixed telecommunications networks, The development also provides service facilities to meet residents" needs, in addition to green spaces, mosques, and schools, and features streets and roads of varying widths—15, 20, and 28 meters wide.
