The number of real estate institutions and establishments registered with the Saudi Authority for Valuers across the Kingdom has reached about 45 real estate establishments, which have the right to practice the profession under the requirements set by the Valuers Law.
Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Accredited Valuers Essam bin Hamad Al Mubarak, indicating during a recent meeting at the Chamber's main headquarters in Dammam that every evaluation report that reaches the Commission is issued in an official paper for the Commission, and it is signed by the evaluator, who bears all the content of the evaluation, and is calculated for him experience hours to be placed in his job record according to the grades contained in the system of certified evaluators, adding that there is a harsh penalty list that starts in blame and warning, license suspension and withdrawal of the license, and withdrawal of the record if fraud or fraud is deliberately committed in the evaluation process.
<p class="p1Al Mubarak stressed that among the Authority's requirements on any evaluator and in order to achieve integrity in the evaluation process is to prevent any evaluator from carrying out his mission in an area in which he has property at the same time allowing him to combine real estate development and marketing on the one hand and carry out the evaluation process with the mentioned condition, stressing that the evaluation has certain behaviors and ethics found in the system, so that he is prohibited from carrying out an evaluation process that achieves a certain interest from this process.
