The Eastern Chamber, in partnership with the Saudi Export Development Authority next Wednesday, will organize three awareness workshops on international trade rules and terminology, how to protect trademarks internationally and international pricing, at the Chamber's headquarters. <The two-day workshops aim to familiarize the business sector of exporters and importers in the Eastern Province with the legal rules and international trade terminology applied in the countries of the world or what is known as (Incoterms), as commercial transactions increase and their complexity and different terms between countries, in addition to providing explanations about the procedures for protecting trademarks internationally, as a means of distinguishing some of the trademarks. as a means of distinguishing some products and services from others, and the laws enacted by the Kingdom within the trademark system to preserve the rights and interests of consumers, as well as the rights and interests of traders in trademarks, and finally to provide the best way to deal with the complexities of international pricing and study the pricing situations and decisions faced by companies in international marketing.
