The “Wafi” Off-Plan Sales Committee has issued internal marketing licenses and received payments for four projects comprising 8,610 residential units.
The committee confirmed on its Twitter account that it had issued an internal marketing license upon receipt of payments for the “Al-Jawhara Residential Project” in Al-Hofuf, which comprises 2,132 residential units (900 residential villas and 1,232 residential apartments), and the “Nabd Qiran” project in Riyadh, which comprises 4,284 residential units (1,236 residential villas and 3,048 apartments).
The committee clarified that it had issued an internal marketing license upon receipt of payment for the 'Tahlia Gate Towers" project in Jeddah, which consists of 1,912 residential apartments, and the “Wahat Mada” project in Dammam, which includes 282 residential apartments. The committee also issued an off-plan sales license for the “Sea View” project in Al-Khobar, which consists of 860 residential villas.
