The Ministry of Justice has launched an electronic real estate discharge service through agents for individuals, as part of its efforts to serve the widest possible segment of citizens and facilitate the buying and selling of real estate through a fully electronic process, thereby making the process easier for beneficiaries and saving them time and effort.

The Ministry explained that the service allows for the electronic transfer of real estate through an agent acting on behalf of an individual; whereby an individual can authorize a person through the agency system to handle the electronic transfer of ownership for a sale or purchase, enabling them to manage the property within the electronic transfer system.

The Ministry of Justice emphasized that electronic real estate transfer via the Najiz.sa portal allows sellers and buyers to complete transfer procedures around the clock and agree on the details of the sale automatically, without the need for approval from notaries or public notaries.

The Ministry of Justice has expanded its electronic real estate transfer service by making it available through additional banks, now including customers of Al-Inmaa Bank and Al-Rajhi Bank, in addition to the National Commercial Bank, in cooperation with the Saudi Central Bank.
