Al-Dana Bay Company recently welcomed more than 50 real estate and business leaders from the Eastern Province and other regions of the Kingdom to its project located on Half Moon Beach in the Eastern Province, The visit was organized at the invitation of the company’s Chairman, Abdulmohsen Al-Rashed, with the aim of showcasing its latest project, Al-Dana Beach Resort, which consists of 110 beachfront villas.
On this occasion, Dr. Bassam Budi, Managing Director of Al-Dana Gulf Company, said that the new resort now rivals most Gulf resorts in terms of services and recreational facilities catering to the entire family, in addition to surpassing all Gulf resorts in terms of privacy.
During their tour of the resort, guests were shown the facilities available on-site, which include general services, restaurants, swimming pools, cafes, and residential villas with direct ocean views, as well as the new expansion within the resort and the health club.
Bodi noted that last year, Khaleej Al-Dana delivered title deeds and completed the handover to buyers in Qusur Al-Dana after finalizing the land allocation process and beginning the handover and delivery of title deeds to buyers in Qusur Al-Dana, adding that the Qusur Al-Dana neighborhood consists of 70 plots with direct ocean views spread over 200,000 square meters. He noted that the company recently launched a tourism investment fund with a capital of 100 million riyals, and that it will launch a number of diverse projects and investment opportunities in the near future, to be announced in due course.
The visiting delegations included a number of business and real estate professionals from the Eastern Province and other regions of the Kingdom, led by Abdulmohsen Al-Rashid, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Dana Bay Company; Dr. Ayed Al-Qahtani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sumo Real Estate Group; Talal Al-Ghunaim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ghunaim Holding Group; andmembers of the Chamber.
It is worth noting that Khaleej Al-Dana features a number of hotels and resorts, as well as a water park, markets, and entertainment projects, and work is currently underway on the design of a hotel featuring 180 rooms and 45 villas on an island in the center of the project.
