The residential sector accounted for 85.6% of the number of real estate transactions since the beginning of the current Hijri year 1437 AH with 104,999 real estate transactions worth approximately 92.6 billion riyals out of 122,576 real estate transactions with a total value of more than 155.9 billion riyals, while the commercial real estate sector accounted for 17,577 real estate transactions worth 63 billion riyals.

6 commercial center deals worth 39 million riyals, including 3 residential deals worth 2.3 million riyals and 3 commercial center deals worth 37 million riyals.
116 facility deals with a total value of approximately 56.3 million riyals, including 110 residential facility deals worth approximately 51 million riyals and 6 commercial facility deals worth approximately 5.1 million riyals.
