His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, presented ownership documents for residential units to eligible beneficiary families in the region as part of the generous donation made by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister —may God preserve him—in the amount of one billion riyals at his own expense.
His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, expressed his gratitude to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister —may God protect them both— for their gracious directives and unsurprising generosity, affirming that the Riyadh Region and its residents in particular, as well as all regions of our beloved Kingdom, enjoy the attention and care of the wise leadership—may God support them.
His Highness the Governor of the Riyadh Region congratulated the citizens benefiting from these projects, wishing them success and happiness in their new homes, and commending the efforts of the “Joud Al-Iskan” platform, which reinforces the values of generosity and reflects the wise leadership’s approach of placing citizens" well-being and housing stability at the forefront of its priorities.

Creating a safe housing environment
Following that, His Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar and the attendees watched, during the ceremony organized by the Private Developmental Housing Foundation ”Sakan“ at Al-Hukm Palace today, a visual presentation on the implementation phases of these projects, which are being carried out in accordance with the directive of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince —may God protect him—regarding the necessity of completing these high-quality housing projects within a record timeframe not exceeding 12 months, and that they be carried out by national labor and companies; ”Sakan“ has worked to select housing units in the region that meet the highest technical specifications and quality-of-life standards, thereby fulfilling His Highness’s aspirations to create a safe and sustainable residential environment for eligible families.
For his part, His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Private Development Housing Foundation (Sakan), Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, expressed his gratitude to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, for his support and for enabling the fulfillment of the aspirations of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince—may God protect him—to complete all phases of the project in the region in record time.
Al-Haqil affirmed that the ”Sakan“ Foundation continues, through the ”Joud Al-Iskan” initiative, to deliver successive batches of housing units across all regions of the Kingdom as part of the donation by His Royal Highness the Crown Prince —may God protect him—which prioritizes meeting the needs of beneficiaries and ensuring high-quality construction to align with the phase’s objectives of enhancing quality of life and providing sustainable housing solutions.
