Ministry of Commerce imposes fines and penalties on 40 real estate offices in Riyadh

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry organized inspection campaigns for real estate offices that resulted in the seizure of 40 violators in the city of Riyadh, where the violations were represented in exceeding the sales or rental commission of (2.5 %) of the value of the contract for a year or repeated, combining real estate activity with other activities in the headquarters, employing non-Saudi workers, in addition to not adhering to the commercial name and not updating the commercial register data, penalties and fines were imposed on the violating offices.

It is worth mentioning that the ministry continuously monitors the activities of real estate and public services offices and verifies the regularity of their work, and the ministry carried out more than 500 inspection rounds on real estate and public services offices last year in Riyadh.
