The Abha Chamber of Commerce the “Abha Real Estate Investment Forum” in partnership with the Ministry of Investment and the Asir Region Development Authority, under the slogan “A Promising Future for Real Estate Investment,” this coming Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the Ministry of Interior Staff Club in Abha.

The forum is being organized as part of efforts to boost investment activity in real estate sector in the Asir region, and to support sustainable urban development pathways, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, thereby contributing to enhancing the region’s investment appeal and leveraging its natural and economic resources. The forum aims to create an interactive platform that brings together investors, real estate developers, and decision-makers to explore quality investment opportunities in the Asir region, discuss the challenges facing the sector, and review possible solutions to enhance the efficiency of the real estate market.

The forum includes a number of panel discussions and specialized workshops featuring experts and specialists in real estate development to discuss the future of real estate investment in the region, market shifts, and key legislative and regulatory opportunities, as well as a review of major real estate projects that contribute to comprehensive development, expand the horizons of investment partnerships, stimulate local and foreign capital, and support the Asir Region Development Authority’s goals of making the region a leading investment and tourism destination in the Kingdom.
